The coolest thing local to me is Scottish harness racing club and their regular race meetings at Corbiewood Stadium.

For years I had no idea that they did this near me and then discovered it by accident.
Now I’m addicted.
There’s a real thrill of seeing big horses tanking it around a track just a few feet away from you.
You get showered in ash from the track as they pass.

I love taking photographs of this sport and everyone involved with it has been so cool to me. (also I love taking photos of horses but that’s another post)
I have an idea that I want to build a long term project around this world of harness racing.
What form it takes I do not yet know.
